How to Add Your Card to Apple Wallet
Follow these simple steps to add your Vault27 Card to Apple Wallet and use Apple Pay to tap and pay anywhere contactless payments are accepted worldwide.
Compatible with: iPhone (iOS 9 or later), Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac with Touch ID.
Step 1 — Open the Wallet App
Locate the Wallet App on Your iPhone
Open the Wallet app on your iPhone. It comes pre-installed on all iPhones running iOS 9 or later. Look for the white icon with coloured cards on your home screen.
Alternatively, ask Siri: “Open Wallet” or “Add a card to Apple Pay”.
Step 2 — Tap the "+" Button
Add a New Card
Tap the “+” (Add) button in the top-right corner of the Wallet app, then select “Debit or Credit Card” from the options.
Step 3 — Enter Your Vault27 Card Details
Scan or Enter Card Details
Position your Vault27 Card in the frame to scan it automatically, or tap “Enter Card Details Manually” and provide the following:
🔢 Card Number (16 digits)
📅 Expiration Date (MM/YY)
🔒 CVV / Security Code (3 digits on back of card)
🏠 Name on Card and Billing Address
Step 4 — Accept Apple Pay Terms
Review and Accept Terms
Review Apple’s Terms and Conditions for Apple Pay. Tap “Agree” to proceed. These are Apple’s standard terms governing use of Apple Wallet and Apple Pay.
Step 5 — Verify with OTP
One-Time Password Verification
For your security, Vault27 will send a 6-digit one-time verification code (OTP) to confirm your identity. Select your preferred verification channel:
SMS
Sent to your registered mobile number
EMAIL
Sent to your registered email address
Enter the 6-digit code when prompted in the Wallet app. The code expires in 10 minutes. If you do not receive your code, check that your registered mobile number and email address in your Vault27 account are correct and up to date.
Step 6 — Set as Default Card (Optional)
Make Vault27 Your Default Apple Pay Card
To set your Vault27 Card as your default payment card in Apple Wallet:
- Go to Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
- Tap Default Card.
- Select your Vault27 Card.
This step is optional but ensures your Vault27 Card is used first whenever you double-click the side button to pay.
You're All Set!
Your Vault27 Card is Ready in Apple Wallet
Your Vault27 Card is now active in Apple Wallet. To pay:
📱 iPhone: Double-click the side button and authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID.
⌚ Apple Watch: Double-click the side button and hold near the terminal.
💻 Mac: Confirm with Touch ID or Apple Watch when checking out online.
✓ Works anywhere Apple Pay and contactless payments are accepted worldwide.
