Card Details

How much does the Vault27 Card cost?

Initial Card Fee: $160.00 USD — one-time, non-refundable.

The $160.00 USD initial card fee is broken down as follows:

  • $100.00 USD allocated to the Revenue Share Programme and Vault27 operations:
  • $65.00 USD distributed through the 9-level Revenue Share Programme.
  • $35.00 USD retained for Vault27 operations.
  • $50.00 USD minimum initial top-up, credited directly to your card balance.
  • $10.00 USD paid to the banking provider for card issuance and processing.

Total minimum to get started: $160.00 USD.

Additional fees:

  • Ongoing Top-Up Fee: 6% of each top-up amount.
  • 4% retained by Vault27 for operations.
  • 2% distributed through the Revenue Share Programme.
  • Monthly Fee: $0.00 — no monthly fee.
  • Annual Fee: $0.00 — no annual fee.
  • Maintenance Charges: $0.00 — no maintenance charges.
  • Foreign Currency Fee: 1–3% on non-USD transactions.
  • ATM Fees: $0.00 — ATM withdrawals are not supported.

All fees are strictly non-refundable.

What are the card spending limits?

Spending limits may be adjusted based on your KYC verification level, account standing, compliance requirements, card network rules, and platform risk controls. Vault27 reserves the right to modify limits at any time.

What cryptocurrencies can I use to load my card?

Vault27 Card currently accepts the following Crypto Assets for deposits:

  • USDC (BEP-20) — BSC Network.
  • USDT (BEP-20) — BSC Network.
  • USDT (ERC-20) — Ethereum Network.
  • USDC (ERC-20) — Ethereum Network.
  • Wrapped USDT (wUSDT) — Apertum Network.
  • Apertum (APTM) — Apertum Network.
  • Wrapped Apertum (wAPTM) — Apertum Network.
  • BTAF token (BEP-20) — BSC Network.

CRITICAL: You must send only supported Crypto Assets on the correct network. Sending unsupported tokens, using the wrong network, or sending funds to an incorrect wallet address may result in permanent loss of funds. Vault27 cannot recover incorrectly sent funds. Always verify the asset, network, and wallet address before sending.

How do I top up my card?

  1. Send a supported Crypto Asset to your Vault27 wallet address displayed in your dashboard.
  2. Wait for blockchain confirmation. Confirmation times depend on the blockchain network used.
  3. Once funds appear in your Vault27 wallet balance, click “Top Up Card” in your dashboard.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer from your wallet to your card balance.
  5. Confirm the top-up. Your card balance updates after confirmation.

Important: Crypto is deposited to your Vault27 wallet first. You must then manually top up your card from your wallet balance. These are two separate balances. Your wallet balance and card balance are distinct.

What is the minimum top-up amount?

Initial top-up at activation: $50.00 USD minimum, included as part of the $160.00 USD initial card fee and credited directly to your card balance.

Subsequent top-ups: No fixed minimum unless displayed in your dashboard or required by platform, network, or provider rules.

How long does it take for my balance to update?

  • Wallet deposits: Usually 5 to 30 minutes, depending on blockchain confirmation times and network congestion.
  • Wallet to Card top-up: Usually instant or near-instant after confirmation.
  • Referral commissions: Credited to your Vault27 wallet balance upon a qualifying transaction, subject to compliance checks and account standing.

About Vault27 Card

What is Vault27 Card?

Vault27 Card is a cryptocurrency-funded virtual prepaid card that allows you to spend supported digital assets anywhere Mastercard or Visa prepaid cards are accepted, subject to merchant restrictions, prohibited activities, card network rules, compliance requirements, and regional availability.

Vault27 Card is operated by Vault27 Limited, Company ID: 3-102-948161, incorporated in Costa Rica.

How does Vault27 Card work?

  1. Complete KYC identity verification and create your verified Vault27 account.
  2. Pay the one-time, non-refundable $160.00 USD initial card fee.
  3. Your $160.00 USD payment includes a $50.00 USD minimum initial top-up, which is credited directly to your card balance.
  4. Once your account is approved and your card is activated, spend your card balance anywhere Mastercard or Visa prepaid cards are accepted, subject to restrictions.
  5. Optionally, earn commissions by sharing your unique revenue share link through the 9-level Revenue Share Programme.

Is Vault27 Card a physical card?

Vault27 Card currently operates as a virtual card. Physical cards may be introduced in the future where available. Registered users will be notified if physical card availability changes.

Who operates Vault27 Card?

Vault27 Card is operated by Vault27 Limited, Company ID: 3-102-948161, incorporated in Costa Rica. The card programme is issued by a licensed card issuer in partnership with Vault27. Vault27 is not a bank, credit union, or licensed money services business. Vault27 provides technology and platform services in connection with the card programme.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Do I need KYC verification?

Yes. Full KYC identity verification is required before a Vault27 virtual card is issued. There are no exceptions to this requirement. By requiring KYC for cardholders, Vault27 supports compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and protects the integrity of the card programme.

All virtual card applicants must complete KYC verification.

KYC may include:

  • Government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, national ID card, or driving licence.
  • Real-time liveness check, selfie, or video verification.
  • Sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and risk screening.
  • Additional documentation if required by Vault27, its KYC provider, banking provider, card issuer, or compliance partners.

What happens if I fail KYC?

If your KYC application is declined, your card will not be issued or may not be activated. Vault27 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for KYC failures where doing so may compromise compliance, security, or regulatory obligations.

If you believe your application was incorrectly declined, you may contact legal@vault27.pro to request a review. Vault27’s compliance decisions are final.

What personal data is collected during KYC?

KYC data may include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, nationality, country of residence, government-issued identification documents, facial biometric data, selfie images, liveness verification data, and other compliance-related information. All data is processed in accordance with the Vault27 Privacy Policy, available at vault27.pro.

Revenue Share Programme

How does the Revenue Share Programme work?

Vault27 Card operates a nine-level unilevel revenue share programme. When you share your unique revenue share link and someone registers and activates through that link, you may earn a one-time card activation commission. You may also earn recurring commissions when users in your revenue share network, up to nine levels deep, top up their cards.

There are no ranks to maintain, no monthly purchase requirements, and no qualification thresholds. You refer and earn from qualifying activity, subject to account standing, compliance checks, and the Terms and Conditions.

What is my revenue share link?

Your unique revenue share link is displayed in your Vault27 dashboard. The format is:

Copy and share this link to invite others. New users can only register through a valid revenue share link. Direct signups without a revenue share link may not be available.

Important: Your revenue share link is unique to your account. Once a user registers under your link, that revenue share relationship is permanent and cannot be changed.

Where are my commissions paid?

All commissions are credited to your Vault27 wallet balance upon a qualifying transaction, subject to compliance checks, system processing, and account standing.

From your wallet balance, you can:

  • Top up your card and spend your commissions directly.
  • Hold the balance in your wallet for future use.
  • Use any available withdrawal functionality where enabled and supported by the platform.

Do commissions expire?

Commissions do not expire as long as your Vault27 account remains active and in good standing. If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of the Terms and Conditions or Prohibited Activities Policy, accrued or unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Can I see my revenue share network?

Yes. Your dashboard may display:

  • Your revenue share tree across 9 levels.
  • Total commissions earned, broken down by level.
  • Individual transaction history for commission events.
  • Combined earnings from card activation commissions and top-up commissions.

Are there income guarantees?

No. Vault27 makes no income guarantees. Vault27 makes no representations or warranties regarding the amount of commission any user may earn. Earnings examples shown in marketing materials are illustrative only and do not represent typical results. Your actual earnings depend on the size, activity, and compliance status of your network. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from commission income.

Fees & Charges

What fees does Vault27 Card charge?

Initial Card Fee: $160.00 USD — one-time, non-refundable.

The $160.00 USD initial card fee includes:

  • $100.00 USD allocated to the Revenue Share Programme and Vault27 operations.
  • $65.00 USD distributed through the 9-level Revenue Share Programme.
  • $35.00 USD retained for Vault27 operations.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Vault27 aims to display applicable fees before you confirm a transaction. The top-up fee breakdown is: 4% retained by Vault27 for operations and 2% distributed through the Revenue Share Programme.

Are fees refundable?

No. All fees are strictly non-refundable. This includes the initial card fee, card issuance and processing fees, top-up fees, and any other applicable service fees. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

If a merchant refunds a purchase, the refund will be credited to your card balance following standard card network refund procedures. Vault27 does not issue cash or crypto refunds for merchant disputes.

Can I withdraw cash from an ATM?

No. Vault27 Card does not support ATM cash withdrawals. There are no ATM fees because ATM withdrawals are not supported.

Account & Registration

How do I sign up?

Important: You can only register for a Vault27 Card through a valid revenue share link. Direct signups without a revenue share link may not be available.

  1. Obtain a revenue share link from an existing Vault27 Card member. The link format is: https://vault27.pro/frontend/signup.html?ref=XXXXXXXX
  2. Click the link and complete the registration form with your full name, email address, and secure password.
  3. Complete KYC identity verification through the verification portal.
  4. Pay the one-time, non-refundable $160.00 USD initial card fee in a supported Crypto Asset.
  5. Your $160.00 USD payment includes a $50.00 USD minimum initial top-up credited directly to your card balance.
  6. Your virtual card is issued or activated upon successful KYC approval, payment confirmation, and completion of all required checks.

Can I have more than one account?

No. Each person may hold only one Vault27 Card account. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including referral commission abuse, circumventing KYC controls, or exploiting platform features, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and commissions. See the Vault27 Prohibited Activities Policy.

Where can I use my Vault27 Card?

Your Vault27 virtual card is accepted wherever Mastercard or Visa prepaid cards are accepted, subject to merchant acceptance, merchant category restrictions, prohibited activities, card network rules, and regional availability.

Examples may include:

  • Online merchants.
  • Subscription services.
  • Gaming platforms.
  • Mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported.
  • Websites or apps accepting Visa or Mastercard virtual prepaid cards.

Not accepted at:

  • ATMs — cash withdrawals are not supported.
  • Gambling platforms.
  • Adult entertainment services.
  • Restricted merchant category codes.
  • Restricted platforms.
  • Restricted jurisdictions.
  • Merchants that do not accept prepaid cards.
  • Merchants or categories prohibited by Vault27, its card issuer, banking provider, or card network partners.

Can I use my card internationally?

Yes, Vault27 Card can be used internationally wherever Mastercard or Visa prepaid cards are accepted, subject to regional availability, merchant acceptance, compliance requirements, prohibited activities, and card network rules.

Foreign currency transactions are converted to USD using the applicable card network exchange rate. A foreign currency fee of 1–3% applies to non-USD transactions.

Can I change my referral sponsor?

No. Your revenue share relationship is permanently assigned at the time of registration based on the revenue share link used to sign up. Revenue share sponsors cannot be changed. This protects the integrity and fairness of the commission tracking system.

Security & Support

Is Vault27 Card secure?

Vault27 Card implements security measures designed to protect user accounts and transactions, including:

  • TLS encryption for data transmitted between your device and the platform.
  • Encryption for personal and financial data stored at rest.
  • PCI DSS compliant card data handling through card programme partners.
  • Two-factor authentication where available.
  • Fraud monitoring and transaction risk scoring.
  • KYC-based identity verification for cardholders.
  • Transaction monitoring and compliance screening.

What should I do if my card is compromised?

  1. Immediately freeze your card through your Vault27 dashboard, where available.
  2. Contact Vault27 support immediately at legal@vault27.pro with the subject line “CARD COMPROMISED”.
  3. Provide your account username, the date you noticed the issue, and details of any suspicious transactions.
  4. Vault27 will investigate and, where appropriate, may issue a replacement virtual card.

Your wallet balance and card balance are protected separately. Freezing your card does not necessarily affect your wallet balance. Vault27 is not liable for unauthorised transactions that occur before you report a compromise. Report suspected issues immediately.

When contacting support, always include your account username, a clear description of your issue, and any relevant transaction IDs or dates. Never send your password. Vault27 will never ask for your password.

Dashboard Features

What can I do in my Vault27 dashboard?

Your dashboard may allow you to:

  • View your virtual card details securely.
  • Check your card balance and wallet balance separately.
  • Top up your card from your wallet balance.
  • View transaction history.
  • Access and copy your unique revenue share link.
  • Track your 9-level revenue share network tree.
  • View commission earnings by level and transaction.
  • Download account statements, where available.
  • Manage account settings and security preferences.
  • Freeze or manage card security settings, where available.

How do I track my revenue share earnings?

Your dashboard provides a revenue share earnings breakdown, which may include:

  • Total earnings from card activation commissions and top-up commissions.
  • Card activation commissions from users in your network.
  • Top-up commissions from top-up activity.
  • Earnings by level across levels 1–9.
  • Transaction history showing individual commission events with timestamps and amounts.

Availability & Compliance

What countries is Vault27 Card available in?

Vault27 Card availability is subject to local regulations, card network rules, banking provider requirements, compliance obligations, and Vault27’s restricted jurisdictions policy.

Restricted jurisdictions may include:

  • North Korea.
  • Iran.
  • Syria.
  • Cuba.
  • Russia.
  • Belarus.
  • Venezuela.
  • Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
  • Any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive international sanctions or restrictions.

Vault27 may update restricted jurisdictions at any time.

Is Vault27 Card legal?

Vault27 Card operates subject to applicable financial regulations, AML/KYC requirements, card network rules, banking provider requirements, and compliance obligations. Full KYC identity verification is required for cardholders. Vault27 maintains transaction monitoring and sanctions screening programmes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vault27 Card complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction. Vault27 does not provide legal advice.

Troubleshooting

My card transaction was declined. Why?

Common reasons for a declined transaction include:

  • Insufficient card balance.
  • The merchant does not accept prepaid Mastercard or Visa cards.
  • The transaction involves a restricted merchant category.
  • The transaction involves a restricted platform.
  • The transaction involves a restricted jurisdiction.
  • Your daily spending limit has been reached.
  • A security or compliance hold has been placed.
  • The transaction is prohibited under Vault27 policies, card issuer rules, banking provider requirements, or card network rules.

If you believe a transaction was declined incorrectly, contact legal@vault27.pro.

My crypto deposit has not appeared in my wallet yet. What should I do?

  1. Verify that you sent a supported Crypto Asset.
  2. Confirm that you used the correct blockchain network.
  3. Confirm that you sent the funds to the correct Vault27 wallet address.
  4. Check the relevant blockchain explorer for your transaction.
  5. Ensure you are checking your wallet balance, not your card balance.
  6. If more than 60 minutes have passed and funds have not appeared, contact legal@vault27.pro with your transaction hash, amount sent, asset, network, and sending wallet address.

Do not send unsupported assets or use unsupported networks. Unsupported or incorrectly sent transactions may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.

I forgot my revenue share link code. What should I do?

Log in to your Vault27 dashboard. Your unique revenue share link is displayed in your dashboard. The format is:

A revenue share partner I referred is not showing in my dashboard. What should I do?

  1. Confirm the person used your specific revenue share link.
  2. Confirm the user completed registration, KYC verification, and payment.
  3. Allow up to 24 hours for the revenue share partner to appear in your dashboard.
  4. If the user still does not appear after 24 hours, contact legal@vault27.pro with the user’s email address and date of registration.
