Vault27 Card currently accepts the following Crypto Assets for deposits:
  • USDT (Tether) — ERC-20 — Ethereum Network
  • USDC (USD Coin) — ERC-20 — Ethereum Network
  • APTM (Apertum) — Apertum Network
  • wUSDT (Wrapped USDT) — Apertum Network
  • wAPTM (Wrapped Apertum) — Apertum Network
CRITICAL:
You must send only supported Crypto Assets on the correct network. Sending unsupported tokens or using the wrong network (e.g., TRC-20 instead of ERC-20) will result in permanent loss of funds. Vault27 cannot recover incorrectly sent funds. Always verify the network before sending.
  1. Send a supported Crypto Asset to your Vault27 wallet address displayed in your dashboard.
  2. Wait for blockchain confirmation — typically 5 to 30 minutes for ERC-20 transactions.
  3. Once funds appear in your Vault27 wallet balance, click “Top Up Card” in your dashboard.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer from your wallet to your card balance.
  5. Confirm — your card balance updates instantly.
Important: Crypto is deposited to your Vault27 WALLET first. You must then manually top up your CARD from your wallet balance. These are two separate steps. Your card balance and wallet balance are distinct.
  • Initial top-up (at registration): $50 USD minimum — credited directly to your card balance.
  • Subsequent top-ups: No minimum — you can top up any amount at any time after your first topup.
  • Wallet deposits (crypto to wallet): 5 to 30 minutes — depends on blockchain confirmation times. ERC-20 transactions require network confirmations before funds are credited.
  • Wallet to Card top-up: Instant — your card balance updates immediately upon confirmation.
  • Referral commissions: Instant — credited immediately to your wallet balance upon a qualifying transaction.

About Vault27 Card

What is Vault27 Card?
Vault27 Card is a cryptocurrency-funded virtual prepaid card that allows you to spend your digital assets anywhere Mastercard or Visa is accepted worldwide. You load your card with supported cryptocurrencies through the Vault27 platform, and your crypto is converted to USD at the point of transaction — letting you spend like a regular debit card online and in-store globally.

Vault27 Card is operated by Vault27 Limited (Company ID: 3-102-948161), incorporated in Costa Rica.
  1. Complete KYC identity verification and create your verified Vault27 account.
  2. Purchase your virtual card for a one-time fee of $100 USD.
  3. Make an initial minimum top-up of $50 USD in supported cryptocurrency to your card balance.
  4. Spend your card balance anywhere Mastercard or Visa prepaid cards are accepted — online, instore, or through mobile wallets.
  5. Optionally, earn commissions by sharing your unique revenue share link through our 9-level revenue share programme.
  • Instant virtual card issuance — available immediately after KYC verification is complete.
  • 9-level revenue share commission programme — earn passive income from your network.
  • Multi-asset support — load with USDT (ERC-20), USDC (ERC-20), APTM, wUSDT, or wAPTM.
  • Global acceptance — use wherever Mastercard or Visa prepaid cards are accepted.
  • No monthly fees — pay once, use your card indefinitely.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay compatible.
Vault27 Card currently operates as a virtual card only. Physical cards are not available at this time. A physical card programme may be introduced in the future — registered users will be notified when available.
Vault27 Card is operated by Vault27 Limited (Company ID: 3-102-948161, San José, Costa Rica). The card programme is issued by a licensed card issuer in partnership with Vault27. Vault27 is not a bank, credit union, or licensed money services business. Vault27 provides technology and platform services in connection with the card programme.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Do I need KYC verification?
Yes. Full KYC identity verification is required before a Vault27 virtual card is issued. There are no exceptions to this requirement. By requiring full KYC for all cardholders, Vault27 ensures compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and protects the integrity of the card programme.
  • All virtual card applicants must complete full KYC verification.
  • KYC is processed through Vault27’s identity verification partner, Sumsub.
  • You will need a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence).
  • A real-time liveness check (selfie or video) is required.
  • Automated sanctions and PEP screening is conducted on all applicants.

If your KYC application is declined, your card will not be issued. Vault27 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for KYC failures. If you believe your application was incorrectly declined, you may contact legal@vault27.pro to request a review. Vault27’s compliance decisions are final. Card issuance fees paid prior to a KYC failure may be retained to cover compliance processing costs — see the Vault27 Card Terms and Conditions.

KYC data collected includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, nationality, government-issued identification documents, and facial biometric data. All data is processed in accordance with the Vault27 Privacy Policy at info.vault27.pro/privacy-policy/.

Revenue Share Programme

How does the revenue share programme work?

Vault27 Card operates a nine-level unilevel revenue share programme. When you share your unique referral link and someone registers and purchases a card through that link, you earn a one-time card purchase commission. You also earn recurring commissions each time anyone in your revenue share network (up to nine levels deep) tops up their card.

There are no ranks to maintain, no monthly purchase requirements, and no qualification thresholds. You simply refer and earn.

Your unique revenue share link is displayed at the top of your Vault27 dashboard. The format is:
https://vault27.pro/frontend/signup.html?ref=XXXXXXXX
Copy and share this link to invite others. New users can only register through a valid revenue share link — direct signups without a revenue share link are not available.
Important: Your revenue share link is unique to your account. Once a user registers under your link, that revenue share relationship is permanent and cannot be changed.

  • Hold the balance in your wallet for future use.

Troubleshooting

My card transaction was declined. Why?
Common reasons for a declined transaction:
  • Insufficient card balance — check your balance in your dashboard.
  • The merchant does not accept prepaid Mastercard or Visa cards.
  • The transaction involves a restricted merchant category (see Prohibited Activities Policy).
  • Your daily spending limit has been reached.
  • A security hold has been placed — contact legal@vault27.pro.
  • The transaction involves a restricted jurisdiction.
  1. Verify you sent a supported Crypto Asset (USDT ERC-20, USDC ERC-20, APTM, wUSDT, or wAPTM) on the correct network.
  2. Check the Ethereum blockchain explorer for your transaction — ERC-20 confirmations can take 5 to 30 minutes depending on network conditions.
  3. Ensure you are checking your WALLET balance, not your card balance.
  4. If more than 60 minutes have passed and funds have not appeared, contact legal@vault27.pro immediately with your transaction hash, the amount sent, and the wallet address you sent from.
Never send TRC-20 USDT or any other non-ERC-20 asset to your Vault27 wallet address. Such transactions cannot be recovered and will result in permanent loss of funds.
Log in to your Vault27 dashboard. Your unique revenue share link is always displayed at the top of your dashboard. The format is:
https://vault27.pro/frontend/signup.html?ref=XXXXXXXX
  1. Confirm the person you recommended used your specific revenue share link — not a link from another member.
  2. The recommended user must have completed full registration, KYC verification, and payment.
  3. Allow up to 24 hours for the revenue share partner to appear in your dashboard.
  4. If the revenue share partner still does not appear after 24 hours, contact legal@vault27.pro with the email address of the revenue share user and the date of registration.
For any questions not covered in this FAQ, please contact the Vault27 Card support team at legal@vault27.pro. Response times are within 24 hours. For urgent security matters, mark your email subject line “URGENT”.
